The Jordan Potash Co. is one of the biggest factories that is operating on the shore of the Dead Sea in jordan, the lowest point on earth. They have a large fleet of cranes, forklifts and truckloaders. The biggest crane they have is a recently purchased Liebherr LTM1250-6.1 supplied with full counterweight, full length fly-jib and double drums of hoist rope.

The company contracted YMCC to do a 2-days training session that included theoritical and practical training on various rigging aspects and the prinicpals of completing a lifting job safely.

All the attendees welcomed the training and learnt about crane and rigging work a lot more than they have known before. All of the riggers and operators were greatful to Eng. Yousef Mousa and Eng. Amer Mousa about the training session and requested for another training session in the near future.

The company Safety department arranged for the training with YMCC and prepared a training room with a Projector for the theoritical training.

Also the company brought its flagship, the Liebherr LTM1250-6.1 for demonstration about the proper operation of the crane and the method of maintaining a safe operation while doing any heavy lifting with that crane.

At the end of the training course, the riggers and crane operators were given certificates indicating that they have been trained on the safe operation of a crane during a lifting job.
